Frank  Nowee

Since 2009 I have worked as an attorney-at-law at Van Benthem & Keulen. I have been a partner since 2017. My practice focuses on insolvency law. I frequently work as a court-appointed receiver of companies and institutions. Together with my fellow receivers/administrators, I settle large and medium-sized bankruptcies and moratoriums. I advise companies and directors in precarious situations, on reorganisations or restructuring, and on general corporate law issues.

Before I started my career in law, I was active as an independent IT entrepreneur for four years. The experience I gained as an entrepreneur comes in handy in my current practice. I know what drives entrepreneurs and how they think, which allows me to give pragmatic and solution-oriented advice.
