Linde  Muller

I completed my master's in Company Law at Utrecht University. During my studies, I undertook a traineeship at Fort Advocaten in Amsterdam. I started as a legal employee at Van Benthem & Keulen in September 2010, where I also wrote my dissertation on the restructuring capability of the Dutch Bankruptcy Act.

I have been a lawyer at Van Benthem & Keulen since 2011, in the Corporate Restructuring/Insolvency practice group. I assist trustees in bankruptcies or administrators in suspensions of payment. I also advise companies on imminent bankruptcy or the bankruptcy of a trading partner of the company.

Memberships and additional activities

I am a member of the Dutch Association for Young Insolvency Lawyers (JIRA). Furthermore I am a prospective member of the Professional Association of Dutch Insolvency Practitioners (INSOLAD). In December 2016, I completed the INSOLAD/Grotius specialist course in Insolvency law (cum laude).
