In the Tijdschrift voor Bouwrecht (TBR) of July 2018 (TBR 2018/104), Monique and her former office colleagues wrote the Chronicle Expropriation Case Law 2017. As in previous years, the Chronicle discusses the most important expropriation case law for 2017. The Chronicle first addresses the law of expropriation procedure. This is followed by case law on compensation. It includes the valuation methodology, elimination, loss of income and additional damage, special suitability and value decrease of the remainder.
