Annelies van Solinge

Annelies van Solinge (1964) is a partner at Van Benthem & Keulen. She has worked in the Family Law and Succession practice group since 1991.

Divorce mediation is a substantial part of her practice, besides advising - and litigating for - (high net worth) individuals and business owners in matters related to family law. She has also gained much expertise in the law of succession and inheritance mediation.

Annelies is a deputy justice at the 's-Hertogenbosch Court of Appeal,  as well as a regular contributor to the family law journal Rechtspraak Familierecht. In addition, she is a member of the editorial team and co-founder of Tijdschrift Relatierecht en Praktijk. She regularly organises lectures on aspects of family law.

Annelies is a member of vFAS, an association of family lawyers and divorce mediators, the association 'Vereniging Collaborative Divorce Holland', the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the International Society of Family Law, as well as being an NMI registered mediator.
