Anke  Mulder

Anke Mulder has been practising as an attorney since 1982. She is a partner and head of the Family Law and Succession practice group at Van Benthem & Keulen.

Anke advises and litigates on behalf of, in particular, business owners and professionals. She deals primarily with complex financial issues.
Divorce mediation also forms a substantial part of her practice.

From 2009 to 2012 she has chaired vFAS, an association of family lawyers and divorce mediators. Additionally, she is a member of the association 'Vereniging Collaborative Divorce Holland', the International Society of Family Law and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, as well as being an NMI registered mediator. 

Anke is also a deputy justice at the Hague Court of Appeal and gives regular lectures and courses on the subject of family law. She publishes on family law topics on a regular basis.
