Annemieke van der Linden

Annemieke van der Linden graduated from the University of Utrecht in 1997. After a short period as in in-house counsel for Jaarbeurs Utrecht, she went on to gain an LLM (Masters of Law) from The University of London. Annemieke joined Van Benthem & Keulen in 2008. Before joining she worked from 2001, as a lawyer in Amsterdam. She works in the Procurement Law and Competition Law Department, with an emphasis on Competition Law. Her areas of specialisation include the prohibition against cartels and the drafting of commercial documents such as distribution or franchise agreements. Annemieke is a member of the Association of Corporate Lawyers.
