Joost Hoetink

Joost Hoetink is an Attorney-at-Law since 1996. He first worked in general practice before joining Van Benthem & Keulen's Employment Law department in 1999. In 2002 he obtained a postgraduate degree in Employment Law and in 2008 a postgraduate degree in Pensionlaw (Certified Pensionlawyer) . Joost’s field of expertise extends all aspects that regard the drafting, altering and termination of employment agreements but also encompasses the complexities involved in Civil Servants Law, Pension Law and Social Security Law. Joost has a solid expertise in litigation.  Joost’s clients include employers and employees, municipal and provincial governments. Besides this Joost also acts in Criminal Law matters. Joost is a member of the Dutch Association of Employment Attorneys (VAAN), the Association for Employment Law, the association of Pensionlaw and the Association of Employment Attorneys in the district of Amsterdam.
