Heleen Dammingh

Heleen Dammingh has been a Labour Law Attorney-at-Law with Van Benthem & Keulen since 1999. She advises businesses, especially at a management level on various Labour Law issues including: (collective) Labour agreements; (collective) Dismissals; coadministrarion, competition and business relationships, flexible working practices and notice regulations. Her practice also encompasses the topic of long-term sickness amongst employees and their reintegration into the workplace upon their return.
Heleen regularly gives seminars and publishes papers on the subject of Labour Law. Within this role she is a regular contributor to the Labour Law forum IURA ACTUA, a Master class in Labour Law and is a regular contributor to Retail seminar.
Heleen has completed specialist training in Labour Law at the Grotius Academie in 2003.
