Mariska Wolters

Mariska Wolters graduated from the University of Utrecht, in the summer of 2007, with a degree in Dutch Law. She completed a double Masters in Private Law and Criminal Law. The subject of her Private Law thesis related to the extent of the principle of equitable principles in Dutch Civil law. In addition to her studies, she worked, amongst other things, at a Legal Advice Centre in Nieuwegein, and as a Court Clerk at Rotterdam District Court. After successfully completing two apprenticeships,  she chose to join the Bar. Since 2008, Mariska is working in the Commercial Litigation Section, where her current field of practice involves the provision of advice or assistance to clients on matters pertaining to Judicial Proceedings.
