Richel, Frank

Frank Richel became an Attorney-at-Law in 1997 and practiced first in Amsterdam, before joining Van Benthem & Keulen in 2001. Frank’s main field of practice is National and International Corporate Finance, Securities and Banking Law. In addition to this, he has a wide range of experience in the area of commercial contracts and is able to advise clients seeking assistance and advice regarding the negotiations and proceedings surrounding director and corporate liability. Frank frequently acts as a sounding board for a broad spectrum of companies and banks.
He gives regular seminars on his areas of specialization and teaches Contract and Corporate law as part of the ongoing professional permanent education program for inhouse counsels (“IURA ACTUA”). Besides this he also teaches an education program for auditors at the SRA and various chambers of commerce. In 2004 Frank graduated cum laude from a specialist Finance and Securities course provided by Grotius Academie.
