Murris, Mark

Mark graduated from the University of Utrecht with a major in Private Law and studied Corporate and Commercial Law at Kings College London. He specialises in Insolvency Law and can act as either an Official Receiver or a court appointed Administrator for corporations or private individuals. He is also frequently called upon to initiate actions on behalf of parties faced with the impending threat of bankruptcy. He is active in the field of General Company (process) Law, Finance and Securities and Contract Law.
