Sander Marges

Sander Marges joined Van Benthem & Keulen in 2001. In 2000 he graduated cum laude in Private Law and Criminal Law from the University of Utrecht. He practices Corporate Law and acts as an advisor to both national and foreign companies within this capacity. A main component of his role is assisting companies with the numerous complex and detailed negotiations necessary to successfully complete a merger or takeover. He also advises directors and corporate officers on questions regarding liability, shareholders agreements and joint ventures. Sander also regularly lectures and publishes articles on the topic of Corporate Law. He provides training in corporate law for IURA ACTUA and in 2005 successfully passed cum laude a specialist course in Corporate Structures at the Grotius Academie.
