Jong, Cees de

Cees De Jong studied at the University of Utrecht and has been an Attorney-at-Law since 1978. He is a partner in Van Benthem & Keulen and specialises in Company Law. Cees is active in the field of Insolvency law where on the one hand he acts as either the official receiver or as a court-appointed administrator in relation to bankruptcy proceedings while on the other hand he acts as an adviser to businesses, directors, supervisory directors or individuals faced with the threat of bankruptcy. Cees makes use of his extensive knowledge of Company Law to cover other areas within this field such as reorganisations or restructuring.
