Hoffmann, Roos

Roos graduated from the University of Utrecht in 2007 having studied Corporate Law. She wrote her dissertation on the role of a Dutch rule on the prohibition of management positions in combating bankruptcy fraud. She completed her internship at Holland Van Gijzen in Amsterdam before joining Van Benthem & Keulen in 2007 where she is developing a practice in Company Law and Insolvency Law.
