Boon, Wouter van der

Wouter van der Boon graduated in private law from the University of Utrecht late 2008. His thesis dealt with the distinction that the Transfer of Undertakings Act (WOO) makes between companies granted a moratorium and companies in liquidation proceedings.
His student traineeship was at Van Benthem & Keulen and since March 2009, Wouter van der Boon has been working as a trainee lawyer in the Employment Law practice group of the firm. He is a member of the Young Employment Lawyers Association (VJAA) and the Employment Law Association (VVA).
