Berns, Jacqueline

n December 2004 Jacqueline graduated from the University of Nijmegen. During her study she specialized in Corporate law and Insolvency law. In 2005 Jacqueline started her career as an Attorney-at-Law with Banning N.V., a Dutch law firm. After that she joined the international law firm Allen & Overy LLP as an associate and advised international companies about mergers and acquisitions. In October 2009 Jacqueline joined the practice group Company Law of Van Benthem & Keulen N.V. Jacqueline advises national and international companies on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions and issues with respect to Company law.
