Mariël Vrielink

Mariel has been a Junior Civil Law Notary since the creation of Van Benthem and Keulen’s Notarial Law practice. She graduated from the University of Utrecht, with a degree in Notarial Law in 1998, followed by a degree in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam in 1999. In 2000 she began work for a medium sized Civil Law Notary firm, where she has spent 8 years learning all facets of Notarial Law. She specializes in Company Law and advises companies and non-profit organizations of all shapes and sizes on matters such as the legal framework for takeovers, statutory interpretation/enactments, shareholder agreements, mergers and corporate break ups.
