They cover situations such, the attachment of property, summary proceedings and the provisional examination of witnesses.

They also deal with debt collection matters. Our debt collection team ensures that debt collection proceeds smoothly by sending reminder or warning letters. Should payment not be forthcoming, they will initiate legal proceedings and in the event of a trade debtor mounting a defence it will hand over the case to one of our debt collection attorneys.
